Aventura, initially developed in the late 70's by Eddie Lewis & incorporated
in 1995, is one of the newest metroplitan areas of Miami. An affluent community
of 3.5 sq miles & home to roughly 30,000 residents. Centrally located equidistant
to both South Beach and Fort Lauderdale's Las Olas, with Intracoastal frontage

Bal Harbour, first used in WWII by the United States Air Corps as a training
camp, later developed by Robert C. Graham & incorporated in 1946. Today
